1、空(kōng)壓機油混入金屬粉末的(de)鑒別。通常在換空壓(yā)機(jī)油和(hé)油過濾(lǜ)器時,應檢查放油堵頭及油過濾器內(nèi)金屬粉末的情況,以便粗略地判斷磨損情況和(hé)可能發生故障的部件。從加(jiā)油口抽取0.05~0.08L空壓機油油樣(yàng),通過原子關譜儀進行分析,取得各種磨削金屬(shǔ)的含量,從而掌握空壓機的磨損情況,並結合(hé)其他檢查情況,提前做好修理準備工作。
